Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the strawberries and peaches.
- In another bowl, mix together the oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
- Pour the melted butter into the oat mixture and stir until combined.
- Layer the fruit mixture in a baking dish and sprinkle the oat topping over the fruit.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden and the fruit is bubbling.
- Serve warm.
Notes
This crisp is best served warm. Enjoy it as is or with a scoop of vanilla ice cream on top. Whipped cream also makes a nice touch.
