  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, and cooked rice. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour mixture into a baking dish.
  4. Top with breadcrumbs.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Notes

Feel free to add more cheese for an extra cheesy taste. You can use frozen broccoli if fresh is not available. Add cooked chicken or ham for a heartier dish. For a crispy top, broil it for a few minutes after baking. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
