Cooking
- Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat. Cook the turkey patties for about 5-6 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
- Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or in a toaster.
Assembly
- Assemble the burgers by placing a turkey patty on each bun and topping it with the bruschetta mixture. Serve immediately.
Notes
For extra flavor, mix in herbs into the turkey mixture. You can use different toppings like mozzarella cheese for variation. Make smaller patties for sliders or larger ones for a hearty meal. Leftover burgers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
