  • 1 large watermelon Cut into thick fries or wedges.
  • 2 tablespoons Tajin seasoning Sprinkle evenly over watermelon fries.
For the Coconut Lime Dipping Sauce
  • 1 cup coconut yogurt You can substitute with Greek yogurt for a creamy option.
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup
  • 1 whole lime, zested
  • to taste Salt Add salt to taste.

Preparation
  1. Cut the watermelon into thick fries or wedges.
  2. Sprinkle Tajin seasoning evenly over the watermelon fries.
Make Dipping Sauce
  1. In a bowl, combine coconut yogurt, lime juice, honey/agave, and lime zest.
  2. Mix well until smooth.
Serving
  1. Serve the spicy watermelon fries with the coconut lime dipping sauce on the side.
  2. Enjoy!

Notes

Store leftover watermelon fries in an airtight container in the fridge for up to two days. Keep the dipping sauce in a separate container.
