  • 2 medium Sweet potatoes Peeled and cubed
  • 4 cups Lettuce Shredded
  • 2 medium Tomatoes Chopped
  • 1 cup Cheese Shredded, any type

  • 2 tbsp Olive oil For tossing sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp Salt To taste
  • 1 tsp Pepper To taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Peel and cube the sweet potatoes, then toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the sweet potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet and roast for about 25-30 minutes until tender and crispy.
Cooking
  1. While the sweet potatoes are roasting, cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
Assembly
  1. In a bowl, layer the roasted sweet potatoes, cooked ground beef, shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes, and cheese.
