  • 3 pieces Fresh peaches, sliced Choose ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • 6 cups Mixed greens (lettuce, spinach, arugula) Use any greens you prefer.
  • 1 cup Feta cheese, crumbled Can swap with goat cheese for a different flavor.
  • 1/2 cup Red onion, thinly sliced Adjust the quantity to taste.
Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens and sliced peaches.
  2. Add crumbled feta cheese and thinly sliced red onion.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  4. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store the salad in an airtight container in the fridge. It's best to eat it within one day as it may not stay fresh for long, especially with the dressing.
