- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Top with sliced strawberries and any additional toppings as desired.
- Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.
- Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!
Notes
Store in a sealed container or zip-top bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Place parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
