  • 2 cups Greek yogurt Use full-fat for creamier bark.
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, sliced Slice thin for quick freezing.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Sweeten to taste, can reduce for less sweetness.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Enhances flavor.
Optional toppings
  • nuts, granola, coconut flakes Use as desired for added texture.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract until smooth.
  3. Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Top with sliced strawberries and any additional toppings as desired.
  5. Freeze for at least 4-6 hours or until fully set.
  6. Once frozen, break into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

Store in a sealed container or zip-top bag in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Place parchment between layers to prevent sticking.
