Baking
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Garnishing
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar with strawberry juice or milk until smooth.
- Allow the blondies to cool completely, then drizzle the glaze on top.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
Serve warm or at room temperature. Great with vanilla ice cream, tea, or coffee. Store blondies in an airtight container for up to three days at room temperature or up to a week in the fridge. Reheat in microwave for a few seconds. Make sure to chop strawberries into small pieces for even flavor. Do not overmix the batter; mix until just combined for soft blondies.
