  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar Plus extra for dusting when serving
  • 1 egg for egg wash Beaten

Preparation and Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into squares.
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, chopped strawberries, and strawberry jam until well combined.
  4. Place a spoonful of the strawberry cheesecake mixture in the center of each puff pastry square.
  5. Fold the pastry over to form a triangle and seal the edges with a fork.
  6. Brush the tops with beaten egg for a golden finish.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
