  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional) Substitutable with other sweeteners.
Toppings
  • 1/4 cup crushed wholegrain graham crackers
  • fresh fruit for topping (e.g., sliced strawberries, blueberries)

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the strawberries, banana, Greek yogurt, milk, and honey or maple syrup. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  3. Top with crushed wholegrain graham crackers and additional fresh fruit.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a day. Stir well before serving again. You can also add a scoop of protein powder for an extra protein boost.
