Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the melted butter, cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
- Spread the strawberry pie filling evenly in the bottom of a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the filling.
- Sprinkle the dry cake mix evenly on top.
Baking
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
- Top with whipped cream if desired.
Notes
Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 4 days or freeze portions for up to 2 months. Thaw in the fridge before serving.
