  • 1 cup strawberries, diced Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, honey, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Fold in the diced strawberries.
  3. Divide the mixture into jars or containers, cover, and refrigerate overnight.
Serving
  1. In the morning, stir the oats and add more milk if needed.
  2. Top with additional strawberries if desired, and enjoy!

Notes

Store any leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days in sealed jars or containers. Stir and add milk if they get too thick. You can add nuts or seeds on top for a crunch or drizzle with extra honey for sweetness.
