Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts, diced
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning Adjust to spice preference.
  • 8 ounces twisted pasta (like fusilli or rotini) Use rotini or penne for better sauce cling.
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 tablespoons butter Divided use.
  • 1 cup heavy cream For a lighter version, use half-and-half.
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • to taste Salt and pepper
  • to taste Chopped parsley for garnish

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the twisted pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sauté Chicken
  1. In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and sprinkle with Cajun seasoning.
  3. Cook until the chicken is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
  4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set it aside.
Prepare Sauce
  1. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic. Sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  2. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  3. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
Combine and Serve
  1. Combine the cooked pasta and chicken with the sauce, mixing well to coat.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve hot, garnished with chopped parsley.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To reheat, microwave on medium heat until warmed through, adding a splash of cream if needed.
