- In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen berries, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If the blender stalls, stop and scrape the sides, then blend again. For a firmer bowl, use less milk. For a looser bowl, add a splash more milk.
- Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
- Top with granola, fresh fruit, seeds, or nuts.
- Enjoy right away.
Notes
Serve in a shallow bowl so toppings sit on top. Add a drizzle of honey or nut butter for extra sweetness. Best when fresh; store in an airtight container if needed.
