  • 1/4 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy) Adjust milk amount for desired thickness.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen bananas, frozen berries, yogurt, and milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If the blender stalls, stop and scrape the sides, then blend again. For a firmer bowl, use less milk. For a looser bowl, add a splash more milk.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a bowl.
  4. Top with granola, fresh fruit, seeds, or nuts.
  5. Enjoy right away.

Notes

Serve in a shallow bowl so toppings sit on top. Add a drizzle of honey or nut butter for extra sweetness. Best when fresh; store in an airtight container if needed.
