Ingredients
  

For the Hot Chocolate
  • 1 can 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 6 cups milk Use whole milk for richer flavor.
  • 1 pkg 12 oz high quality white chocolate chips
  • 1 can 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice Adjust to taste.
  • as needed Whipped Cream For topping.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a 6qt slow cooker, add the sweetened condensed milk, heavy cream, milk, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice. Whisk until combined and smooth.
  2. Add the chocolate chips and stir until fully combined.
  3. Heat the mixture on low for 3 hours or high for 1 1/2 hours, stirring frequently.
  4. Pour desired amount into a glass and top with whipped cream and additional pumpkin pie spice, if desired.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. Reheat on low in the slow cooker or microwave until warmed through.
