  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 packet onion soup mix
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic

Method

Preparation
  1. Place the pork tenderloin in the slow cooker.
  2. In a bowl, mix together chicken broth, ranch dressing mix, onion soup mix, soy sauce, brown sugar, and garlic.
  3. Pour the mixture over the pork.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours until the pork is tender.
  2. Remove the pork, slice it, and serve with the sauce.

Notes

Use a meat thermometer to check if the pork is done; it should reach an internal temperature of 145°F. Feel free to add vegetables like carrots or potatoes to the slow cooker for a complete meal. For extra flavor, marinate the pork overnight in the sauce before cooking. Cut the pork against the grain for tender slices.
