- Place the chicken breasts in the slow cooker.

- Mix corn starch and water in a small bowl to create a slurry.
- Pour the slurry into the sauce in the slow cooker and stir until thickened.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce poured over it.
Notes
This chicken pairs well with steamed rice, quinoa, or roasted vegetables. Garnish with chopped green onions for added flavor. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
