- Place the meat at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the chopped vegetables on top of the meat.
- Pour the diced tomatoes and broth over everything.
- Sprinkle the salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder on top.
- Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6-8 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
Notes
Cut the meat and vegetables into small pieces for even cooking. Be careful not to overfill the slow cooker. Try adding your favorite spices for extra flavor. Use frozen vegetables if you’re short on time. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, put it in the microwave until hot or warm it on the stove.
