  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise Base of the Bang Bang sauce.
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce Can substitute with coconut aminos for a gluten-free option.
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha sauce Adjust for spice level.
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Green onions for garnish Chopped for serving.

Cooking
  1. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the chicken thighs and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
  4. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder to make the Bang Bang sauce.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the skillet and coat in the sauce.
  6. Serve garnished with chopped green onions and enjoy!

Notes

To enhance flavor, marinate chicken for an hour. For leftovers, store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
