Ingredients
  

Meats
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 lb sausage
Canned Ingredients
  • 1 can (15 oz) kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 oz) corn, drained
  • 1 can (28 oz) diced tomatoes
Vegetables
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
Spices
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef and sausage over medium heat; drain excess fat.
  2. Add the cooked meat to the Crock Pot.
  3. Stir in kidney beans, corn, diced tomatoes, beef broth, onion, garlic, bell pepper, carrots, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until vegetables are tender.

Notes

Serve warm with crusty bread. You can also add other vegetables like potatoes or zucchini. For spice, consider adding hot sauce or cayenne pepper.
