  • 1 package crescent roll dough
  • 2 links cooked sausage, crumbled Use cooked sausage, heat and crumble before mixing with eggs.
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled Scramble eggs until just set to keep them moist.
  • to taste Shredded cheese (optional) Add a little shredded cheese for extra flavor.

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet.
  3. Scramble eggs and cook sausage, then mix together.
  4. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the dough.
  5. Roll up the dough from the wide end.
  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Serve warm on a plate with a side of fruit or coffee. They can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave until warm. Can be frozen for up to 1 month; reheat from frozen in the oven.
