  • 2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups all-purpose baking mix like Bisquick

  • 1 lb ground sausage
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 cups all-purpose baking mix
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried parsley or 1 tbsp fresh
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Classic Sausage Balls Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, shredded cheddar cheese, and baking mix. Use your hands to mix everything until fully incorporated.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch (2.5 cm) balls and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Place the sausage balls in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Serve with mustard, ranch, or marinara sauce for dipping.
