Ingredients
  

Pork Chops
  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops or boneless as an alternative
Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt adjust to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper adjust to taste
Cooking Oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for frying
Glaze Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup raspberry preserves
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar can substitute with red wine vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary optional, fresh or dried

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the pork chops to the skillet and cook until browned, about 4-5 minutes per side.
  2. In a small bowl, combine raspberry preserves, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, and rosemary.
  3. Pour the glaze over the pork chops in the skillet and reduce heat to low.
  4. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes until the chops are cooked through and the glaze thickens.

Notes
