Cooking
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Fry the dim sum in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Drain on paper towels and serve with soy sauce.
Notes
Make sure the oil is hot enough to fry the dim sum properly. Seal the edges tightly to keep the filling inside during frying. Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container and reheated by frying or microwaving.
