  • 1 cup Greek yogurt Use thicker Greek yogurt for a creamier texture.
  • 1 scoop protein powder Flavored protein powder can skip extra flavoring.
  • 1/4 cup milk Dairy or non-dairy milk can be used. Add a little at a time to control thickness.
  • to taste sweetener e.g., honey, stevia.
  • to taste flavoring e.g., vanilla extract, cocoa powder.
Optional Toppings

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, protein powder, and milk.
  2. Whisk the mixture together until smooth.
  3. Add sweetener and flavoring to taste, and mix again.
  4. If desired, fold in optional toppings or serve them on top.
  5. Enjoy immediately or refrigerate for later.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge. Eat within 2-3 days for best texture. Stir before serving if it thickens.
