Ingredients
  

For the Roll-Ups
  • 1 batch Pizza dough Homemade or store-bought
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1/2 cup Pepperoni or other pizza toppings Choose your favorite toppings
  • 1/2 cup Tomato sauce For spreading
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning For flavoring
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil For brushing

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread tomato sauce over the dough, leaving a border.
  4. Sprinkle cheese and your choice of toppings evenly on top.
  5. Roll the dough up tightly and slice into individual roll-ups.
  6. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
  8. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with a small bowl of extra tomato sauce for dipping. They pair well with a simple salad or raw veggies for a light meal. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days, or freeze for up to 1 month.
