Ingredients
  

Base Ingredients
  • ½ cup non-dairy milk You can use almond, oat, or any other non-dairy milk you prefer.
  • 1 tbsp pistachio butter Can substitute with any nut butter if necessary.
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup quick oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
Toppings
  • to taste non-dairy yogurt For creaminess.
  • to taste raspberries For a fruity touch.
  • to taste chopped pistachios For added crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a jar or small bowl, whisk together the non-dairy milk, pistachio butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until the pistachio butter dissolves.
  2. Mix in the oats and chia seeds.
  3. For an optional twist, stir in 1/4 teaspoon of matcha powder.
  4. Cover and place in the fridge to set overnight or for at least 4 hours.
Serving
  1. The next morning, add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

Notes

You can store leftover oats in the fridge for up to three days. If you want to heat them up, just pop them in the microwave for a few seconds. Stir well before eating!
