Preparation
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Separate the crescent roll dough into 8 triangles along the perforated lines.
- Optional: Spread a small amount (about ½ tsp) of pizza sauce over each triangle.
- Layer 3 slices of pepperoni on the wide end of each triangle.
- Place one half of a string cheese stick on top of the pepperoni.
- Roll up the crescent dough from the wide end toward the point, encasing the filling.
- Place seam-side down on the baking sheet and brush the tops with melted butter.
- Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and grated Parmesan if using.
Baking
- Bake for 12–15 minutes, or until golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.
Serving
- Serve warm with pizza or marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
Notes
Store any leftover rolls in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven at 350°F (175°C) for about 5-10 minutes until warmed through. Experiment with different cheeses and add chopped vegetables for variety.
