  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter (unsweetened)
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce (or tamari for gluten-free)
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey (adjust to taste)
  • 3–4 tablespoons warm water (to thin as needed)
Easy Peanut Sauce
  • ½ cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice (freshly squeezed)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ teaspoon grated ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
  • 3–4 tablespoons warm water

  1. In a bowl, combine the peanut butter, soy sauce, and maple syrup. Stir until smooth.
  2. Gradually add warm water, one tablespoon at a time, until the sauce reaches your desired thickness.
  3. If you prefer it sweeter, add another teaspoon of maple syrup. For saltiness, add a splash more soy sauce.
  4. Serve immediately or store for later.
