Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients
  • 200 g Frozen acai packets (Sambazon)
  • 1 piece Banana (sliced, frozen) Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
  • 1/4 cup Blueberries (frozen)
  • 1/4 cup Raspberries (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Strawberries (sliced, frozen)
  • 1/2 cup Oat milk (or your favorite) You can swap with almond milk or coconut milk.
  • 2 Tbsp Peanut butter (smooth) Chunky peanut butter can be used for added texture.
  • 2 Tbsp Honey Add more for sweetness if desired.
Toppings
  • to taste Assorted toppings (granola, fresh fruit, honey, peanut butter) Great for adding texture and flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Run acai packets under warm water to help loosen them from the packets, then add to blender.
  2. Add the frozen banana, berries, oat milk, peanut butter, and honey to the blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth. Add more oat milk if the mixture is too thick, a couple tablespoons at a time.
  4. Divide the mixture into two bowls.
  5. Top with granola, fresh fruit, peanut butter, and drizzle with honey. Serve immediately.

Notes

Best enjoyed fresh, but can be stored in the fridge for a day. Note that the texture may change. Stir before eating if stored. Try different fruits based on your taste.
