Ingredients
  

Fruits and Vegetables
  • 2 cups peaches, peeled and chopped Use ripe peaches for the best flavor.
  • 1 cup zucchini, grated
  • 1 cup pineapple, crushed
Other Ingredients
  • 1 cup sugar Taste the fruit mixture before adding to adjust sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 packet pectin

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large pot, combine the chopped peaches, grated zucchini, crushed pineapple, and lemon juice.
  2. Stir in the sugar and mix well until dissolved.
  3. Add the pectin and bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly.
Cooking
  1. Once it reaches a rolling boil, boil for 1-2 minutes.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes before pouring it into sterilized jars.
  3. Seal the jars and process in a water bath canner for about 10 minutes.
Storage
  1. Allow to cool completely before storing in the refrigerator or pantry.

Notes

Ensure your jars are properly sterilized before filling them. Don't skip the boiling step, as it helps with the jam's texture.
