- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.
- In a large bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth. Mix in the vegetable oil.
- Add the baking soda, salt, and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time until fully incorporated.
- Mix in both sugars until smooth, followed by the flour until just blended.
- Gently fold in the chopped Oreos.
Baking
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
- Allow it to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Once cooled, mix powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla for a glaze to drizzle over the bread if desired.
Notes
Store your Oreo Banana Bread in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days. For longer storage, wrap it tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate. You can reheat slices in the microwave for a warm, fresh taste.
