  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract For flavor.
  • 1 teaspoon orange extract Adjust to taste for stronger flavor.
  • 1 pinch salt Optional, for balancing sweetness.
  • Orange food coloring (optional) Use as needed for color.
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional) For added crunch.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a medium saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat. Stir until melted and smooth.
  2. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and orange extract. If desired, add a few drops of orange food coloring to achieve the desired hue.
  3. If using, fold in chopped nuts.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 8×8 inch pan and spread evenly.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
Serving
  1. Cut into squares and serve on a dessert platter alongside cookies or brownies, or pair it with fruit salads for a refreshing dessert option.
  2. For an extra treat, try it with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Notes

Store the fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Can be frozen for about 3 months if wrapped well.
