Ingredients
  

Dry Ingredients
  • 1 cup protein powder
  • 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips
Wet Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup nut butter (such as peanut or almond) Can use any nut butter
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1-2 tablespoons milk (as needed for consistency)

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine the protein powder, graham cracker crumbs, and mini chocolate chips.
  2. In another bowl, mix the nut butter and honey (or maple syrup) until smooth.
  3. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined.
  4. Fold in the mini marshmallows.
  5. If the mixture is too dry, add milk a tablespoon at a time until it holds together.
  6. Roll the mixture into bite-sized balls.
  7. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to firm up.

Notes

Store these protein bites in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They also freeze well; just thaw in the refrigerator before consuming.
