Preparation
- Add all ingredients except chocolate chips to a food processor and blend until a sticky dough forms.
- Roll the mixture into balls and place them on a lined cookie sheet. Slightly flatten each ball with your palm.
- Freeze the bites for about 15 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the chocolate chips until smooth.
- Dip each bite into melted chocolate and return to the cookie sheet. Top with a pecan.
- Freeze again until the chocolate hardens.
Notes
Store in an airtight container in the freezer. Can be enjoyed straight from the freezer or after sitting out for a few minutes to soften. Lasts for up to one month.
