  • 1 cup granola
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter Use creamy or chunky based on preference.
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup Adjust sweetness level as needed.
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips Optional, for added sweetness.
  • 1/4 cup raisins or dried fruit Optional, try different varieties.
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the granola, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), and salt. Stir until well combined.
  2. If using, fold in chocolate chips and dried fruit.
  3. Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease it lightly.
  4. Spoon the mixture into the muffin tin, pressing down firmly to compact.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
  6. Remove from the tin and enjoy!

Notes

Store the granola cups in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week. For longer storage, freeze them. Feel free to add extra nuts or seeds for more crunch.
