- In a food processor, crush the Oreo cookies until fine.

- In another bowl, mix the dairy-free cream cheese, coconut milk, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the cookie crust and smooth it out.
- Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours until set.
- Optional: drizzle melted vegan chocolate on top before serving.
