Ingredients

For the crust
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/4 cup sugar
For the filling
  • 2 packages cream cheese, softened (8-ounce each)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • Fruit topping of your choice (e.g., strawberries, blueberries, or cherries)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until well mixed. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.
  4. Pour the cheesecake filling over the crust in the springform pan, spreading evenly.
  5. Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until set.
  6. Top with your choice of fruit before serving. Enjoy your delicious cheesecake!

Notes

Make sure the cream cheese is very soft for easy mixing. Chill the cheesecake for more than 4 hours if time allows for better consistency. Add a layer of fruit on top before serving for a fresh touch.
