  • 8 ounces mushrooms Fresh mushrooms are recommended.
  • 3 cloves garlic Minced.
  • 2 tablespoons butter For sautéing.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing.
  • to taste salt Season according to preference.
  • to taste pepper Season according to preference.
  • to taste parmesan cheese Optional, for serving.

Method
 

Cooking Spaghetti
  1. Cook spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing Ingredients
  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced mushrooms and sauté until they are browned and tender, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Combining
  1. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the skillet and mix well, coating the pasta with the mushroom and garlic mixture.
  2. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Serve hot, topped with grated parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes

Use fresh mushrooms for the best flavor. Adjust the amount of garlic based on your taste. For added texture, try adding spinach or cherry tomatoes. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
