Ingredients
  

Berries
  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced Use fresh strawberries for best flavor.
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups blackberries
Crumb Topping
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed Cut into small pieces.
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine the strawberries, blueberries, and blackberries.
  3. In a bowl, mix rolled oats, flour, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt.
  4. Add the cold cubed butter and mix until crumbly.
  5. Sprinkle the crumble topping over the berry mixture.
Baking
  1. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the top is golden brown and the berries are bubbly.
  2. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or yogurt. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Reheat as needed.
