  • 2 cups elbow macaroni You can use whole wheat pasta for a healthier option.
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded Mix with other cheeses for unique flavors.
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup milk Add more if the mixture is too thick.
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a slow cooker, combine elbow macaroni, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk, heavy cream, sour cream, melted butter, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir well to combine all ingredients.
Cooking
  1. Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours, or until the pasta is tender and the cheese is melted and creamy.
  2. Stir well before serving.
