  • 8 oz bowtie pasta Cook according to package instructions.
Vegetables
  • 2 medium zucchinis, sliced Choose firm zucchinis for the best texture.
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Sauté until fragrant.
Seasoning
  • 1 unit lemon, juiced and zested Adjust according to taste preference.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil For sautéing the vegetables.
  • Salt and pepper to taste To enhance flavor.

Method
 

Cooking Pasta
  1. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Sautéing
  1. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  2. Add sliced zucchini to the skillet and cook until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
Combining Ingredients
  1. Stir in the cooked pasta, lemon juice, and lemon zest. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. Toss everything together and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.
Serving
  1. Serve warm, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.

Notes
