  • 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup arugula
  • 1 whole lemon (juice and zest)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven according to the pizza dough instructions.
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and transfer to a pizza stone or baking sheet.
  3. Brush olive oil over the dough.
  4. Spread the artichoke hearts evenly on the dough.
  5. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese on top.
  6. Add arugula, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
  7. Season with salt and pepper.
  8. Bake according to dough instructions until cheese is bubbly and crust is golden.
