- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, rice vinegar, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the sauce over the beef and stir to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Serving
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly if desired.
- Serve the bulgogi beef mixture on the buns. Top with sliced green onions and kimchi if you like.
Notes
Enjoy with crunchy pickles, a fresh salad, or sweet potato fries. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in a skillet or microwave.
