  • 12 pieces Ice cream sandwiches
  • 4 cups Your favorite ice cream
  • 1 cup Chocolate sauce
  • 2 cups Whipped cream Chill before adding for better texture.
  • 1 cup Sprinkles Use colorful sprinkles for a fun theme.
  • optional Maraschino cherries For topping, optional.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Line a rectangular dish with plastic wrap.
  2. Layer ice cream sandwiches on the bottom of the dish.
  3. Spread a layer of your favorite ice cream over the sandwiches.
  4. Drizzle chocolate sauce over the ice cream layer.
  5. Add a layer of whipped cream on top.
  6. Repeat the layers until the dish is full, finishing with whipped cream.
  7. Top with sprinkles and maraschino cherries.
  8. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  9. Slice and serve.

Notes

Store any leftovers in the freezer, covered well to prevent freezer burn. Can be customized with different flavors of ice cream and toppings.
