Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Season the chicken thighs with salt and pepper, then add them to the skillet and cook until browned.
  4. Pour in the honey and chicken broth.
  5. Add the rice and bring to a boil.
  6. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for about 20 minutes or until the rice is cooked and the chicken is tender.
  7. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days. For more sauce, consider adding extra broth. Can add vegetables like peas or carrots for nutrition.
