Ingredients

For the acai base
  • 1 packet frozen acai puree
  • 1 piece banana
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or any milk of choice) Can substitute with coconut milk for a tropical flavor
  • 1 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries) Use frozen or fresh berries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional) Adjust based on sweetness preference
For topping
  • Granola For topping
  • Fresh fruit For topping, e.g., extra banana slices

Method

Preparation
  1. In a blender, combine the frozen acai puree, banana, almond milk, and mixed berries. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. If desired, add honey or agave syrup for sweetness and blend again.
  3. Pour the acai mixture into a bowl.
  4. Top with granola, fresh fruit, and any additional toppings you like.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

You can store the acai mixture in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one day. It’s best enjoyed fresh, but you can also freeze it and blend again when you’re ready to serve, adding a splash of milk if it becomes too thick.
