Ingredients
  

Creamy Filling
  • 2 cups cottage cheese (2% MF) Blend well for a smooth texture.
  • 4 tablespoons maple syrup Taste and add more if desired.
  • 3 cups plain Greek yogurt (full fat) Use for creaminess.
Layering Ingredients
  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers Press lightly for a firmer base.
  • 1 cup berries Can use raspberries, strawberries, or other fruits.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Add the cottage cheese to a large food processor. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes or until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the maple syrup and blend again.
  3. Mix the whipped cottage cheese and Greek yogurt in a mixing bowl with a silicone spatula.
Layering
  1. Layer the jars in the following order: graham crackers, cheesecake mixture, graham crackers, berries, and cheesecake mixture.
  2. Garnish with more berries when ready to serve.

Notes

Cover jars tightly and keep in the fridge for up to 3 days. Do not freeze, as texture will change. For variations, use different fruits or adjust sweeteners.
