- Stir in matcha powder and lavender buds until well distributed.
- Chill the dough for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Baking
- Scoop the dough and roll into balls, placing them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are slightly golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet before transferring to a wire rack.
Notes
Make sure to use culinary-grade matcha for the best flavor. Allow the butter to soften at room temperature. Adjust lavender according to taste preference.
