  • 1 cup natural peanut butter Use for best flavor and texture.
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup Adjust to taste.
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup coconut flour May substitute with almond flour for a different texture.
  • 1 cup dark chocolate chips Dairy-free if preferred.
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine peanut butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  2. Add coconut flour and mix until you have a dry dough.
  3. Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and freeze for about 30 minutes.
  4. Melt the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil together.
  5. Cut the frozen peanut butter mixture into bars and dip each one in the melted chocolate.
  6. Place the chocolate-coated bars on parchment paper and let them cool until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. For longer storage, freeze and separate layers with parchment paper. Enhance the treat with crushed nuts or seeds for extra crunch.
